President of AUT Attends the 6th Iran and Russia’s University Presidents’ Meeting in Lomonosov University

In this meeting, Dr Seyyed Hossein Ghodsi Pour, the chancellor of Amirkabir University of Technology said that “Iran and Russia’s diplomatic relations and their strategic partnership for deepening and expanding academic-research and collegiate cooperation and exchange is rather effective.” In addition to mentioning AUT’s being ready, as one of the oldest technical and engineering universities of Iran, for sharing academic-educational-research experiences, he reported that international experiences of the university in carrying joint educational courses, exchanging students, internship and exchanging professors, joint guidance of higher education students, joint research projects and technical and innovative projects. Dr Ghodsipour put emphasis on research fields such as oil, gas, and energy, super computers and cyber security, satellites, aerospace, complex material, water and environment, mining, biomedical engineering, and finally basic sciences (mathematic, physics, and chemistry) for expanding academic-collegiate relations. In this trip, the university presidents visited Lomonosov Moscow State University’s colleges and museums.
