The director of administrative and support affairs of Amirkabir University of Technology, emphasizing that the employees of the Ministry of Science should fix its defects before starting work, said: "If the defects of work are fixed, that work will definitely be successful and we are closer to the goal and the speed of doing that work will also increase."
According to the public relations of Amirkabir University of Technology, Dr. Abazar Ziaei, the director of administrative and support affairs of the university, in the first meeting of the central councils of the country's universities, which was held in the conference hall of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, emphasized: "The Quran refers to two groups that are present in this gathering, saying: Are those who know equal to those who do not know, surely this is not so, those who are knowledgeable are superior and if these people decide, the benefit of that decision will be for the general public. Also, people who rise up, move and pursue a work are superior to those who sit and watch and are more noticed by God."
He continued: Sometimes mistakes are made in translation and interpretation of some words. For example, someone sends a message and says something in it, but the recipient disrupts, faults, and creates problems in the order and conclusion of the message by entering a series of parasites. There is a difference between fault and error. If there is an error, the experts reject or confirm it. In this situation, the concept is not wrong from the original and root, surely that error must be corrected. But sometimes it has a problem that is not appropriate for that situation, the shape of the work must change. But disruption is in conflict and contradiction of interests and people cannot accept to enter a space where their interests are in danger. Based on this, people should consider these three things when they send a message or pursue a work.
The director of administrative and support affairs of Amirkabir University of Technology reminded: The two words acceleration and haste should also be considered in administrative cases. In fact, acceleration happens when it reduces speed, in this situation the work is not wrong but it reduces accuracy. But haste is accompanied by mistake.
He continued: The staff of the Ministry of Science should be careful if there is a problem, defect, or disruption in their work; try to fix it. Unfortunately, sometimes we are careless to speed up and sometimes we rush and the result is wrong and, in a hurry, people try to get problems, disruptions and defects from people and do not fix them. While if there is no hurry, people will go to work carefully and the result will be effective.
Ziaei stressed: I ask the staff if they do their work instead of thinking about the merits of that action, think about its disadvantages. Surely if the defects of the work are eliminated, the goodness of the action will be observed and we are closer to the goal and the speed of doing that work will also increase.

The necessity of holding sports competitions among university staff translate
Ms. Laya Mizban, the head of the Central Council of Employees of State Universities of the country, emphasized the necessity of holding sports competitions among university staff and said: Holding these competitions, in addition to creating joy among employees, provides the opportunity for communication between them.
Mizban, in the first meeting of this period of the Central Council of Universities of the country, emphasized the need to pay attention to the sports of university staff and said: The present crowd are representatives of the trade union councils of universities that were elected as representatives of the central trade union councils in the fifth assembly. We have 6 commissions, one of which is related to cultural and sports activities. In fact, we have planned a plan that was approved by the crowd to give a step to the sports of the staff and witness sports competitions among the staff.
She continued: The cultural deputy of the Ministry of Science welcomed the holding of sports competitions to create excitement among the higher education staff and to establish communication between them and we hope this issue will be operational.
Also in this meeting, Mr. Ali Akbar Asadollahi, the secretary of the staff council of Amirkabir University of Technology, while welcoming the representatives present at the meeting, said: We are trying to take steps to achieve the demands and concerns of the staff of the Ministry of Science and universities who are sincerely and humbly striving for the advancement of knowledge and the dignity of this land. And I hope that with the follow-ups and the results of such meetings, we will witness the improvement of the living standards and the quality of services of this diligent, valuable, and influential group.
Engineer Hossein Fahimi, the director of support of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of the University, also emphasized in this meeting: I hope that the staff of the country's universities will benefit from these meetings. Although I know that the Central Council of University Staff does not have much executive power, but with effort and follow-up, they can take steps to achieve the demands of the staff.
Abolfazl Tahmasebi, the head of the financial and administrative commission of the trade union council of the staff of Amirkabir University of Technology, also emphasized in this meeting, while commemorating the Basij week: The work that we did in the staff council of the university during the 8 months was that we tried to hold regular meetings with the president of the university and give a special enthusiasm and enthusiasm to this council.
He emphasized: The staff council of Amirkabir University of Technology has 18 years of experience, but in the current period, there was a good reception of this council, one of the reasons for which was that we raised our demands with more power. Also, the meetings that were held with the president of the university regarding the demands of the staff were practical meetings, so that in these meetings, the implementation of a series of decisions in the previous management period was prevented.
Tahmasebi recalled: We do not have executive power in the Central Council of University Staff, but we must be able to be the eloquent voice of our demands and fortunately this process has been almost positive so far.

Dr. Khateebi, Deputy Minister of Finance and Management of Resources of the Minister of Science, said in this meeting: In this period, the documents and evidence show that a lot of efforts have been made to improve the living conditions of the staff.
He added: We are the servants of the university staff in the field of trade union issues and the emphasis of the Minister of Science is also a proof of this that the concerns of the staff in the field of housing and improving the living conditions should be seriously followed.
In this meeting, issues and problems of the staff such as amending the employment regulations of non-faculty members of universities, housing, equalizing the salaries and wages of the staff of the Ministry of Science with the clinical staff of the Ministry of Health, repairing salaries, livelihoods, special allowances, hardship work, welfare, converting the status of contractual and company staff to official and contractual, resolving the problem of identification of contractual staff, paying retirement bonuses, transferring trade union matters through the central councils and helping to resolve the concerns and challenges of the staff and ... were raised and it was decided that the necessary follow-ups should be done to expedite the process and resolve these concerns and problems.
