Mardani continued: "It is very regrettable that some Arab countries and the leaders who are traitors and puppets of the regional countries did not support the people of Palestine in the field. But the brave men of resistance taught them a lesson that if they want to continue their oppressive actions, they will not succeed, and this goal will not be achieved without the sacrifice of the Basij martyrs, the perseverance, and the victory of the nation during the 8 years of the Sacred Defense, and the strength gained by Iran."
The head of the Professors' Basij of the Country also reminded: "The Basij is more present in the field today than ever before. But jihad must also be expanded to other areas. Certainly, the Basij employees in their dedicated positions as professors are capable and experienced, and their role in university Basij is irreplaceable."
Dr. Mardani also mentioned: "During the previous period when Dr. Rahaei was in charge of the university, I was responsible for the student Basij of the country, and we have very precious memories with him. I hope that in this period, we will create good memories as well."
He added: "My request is that our dear brothers in the university staff Basij, alongside the professors' and students' Basij, should unite. In the month of Mehr of the year 1401, we sent a circular with three signatures to the universities, announcing the formation of the Coordination Council for University Basij. The staff Basij, student Basij, and professors' Basij each have their own independence, but there are many activities that can be done through collaboration, and we can become a great collective together. If, in a crisis, professors, staff, and student Basij members come together, a large and influential group is formed, and no one, not even in their own thoughts, can conspire against the revolution, Islam, or the university. Therefore, this coordination and the recommendations for more than 20 proposals for joint cooperation must be comprehensively implemented."
The head of the Professors' Basij of the Country added: "The establishment of the University Jihad Clarification Base has also been announced by the Minister of Science, in which the university president is considered the head and the professors' Basij as the secretary of the base. All cultural affairs officials are present in this clarification jihad."
Dr. Mardani also emphasized: "My recommendation is for the staff Basij to define its own priorities and define its role in higher education according to its responsibilities and mission."
He referred to the priorities of the professors' Basij and said: "The first priority of the professors' Basij is coherence and organizational excellence. A collective can only be influential when it is cohesive, organized, and has defined strategies and plans. For this purpose, attention should be paid to priorities, resources, planning, roles, etc. The regulations of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, the strategic document of the Basij for the oppressed, which has been approved by the leadership, and the document of Islamicization of universities, alongside the statements of the Supreme Leader, can determine our path in this regard."
Mardani identified the Jihad of Explanation and Hope as the second priority of the professors' Basij and said: "Imam and the Supreme Leader requested this from us. In this regard, the establishment of the Jihad of Explanation Headquarters in the Ministry of Science and then its follow-up and announcement in every university was pursued. I hope that Amirkabir University of Technology will be the first university to launch this headquarters and serve as a model for other universities in the country."
He considered the elevation of higher education as another priority for Basij professors and said: "Basij professors should help in the Islamicization and academic authority. In this regard, we have signed the Higher Education Governance Institute. Basij professors in various fields, including curriculum development and educational planning, especially in the field of humanities, should contribute by writing books. Basij professors should help more in this field with more information and follow-up."
Mardani reminded that helping to prioritize the efficiency of the country's governance system is another priority for Basij professors, and in this regard, 22 national specialized committees have been formed. In the provinces, various task forces and issue-based meetings have been created so that professors can help the judiciary, executive, and legislative branches. In this way, Basij professors will stand by the system to solve the country's problems.

Dr. Hossein Nasirzadeh, in the celebration of Basij Week at Amirkabir University of Technology, presented a report on the activities of the Ministry of Science's Basij employees and said: "In our organization, we have 100 Basij bases and 8 resistance areas in Tehran, with nearly 19,000 members from the employee community being part of the Basij employees. According to our statistics, around 18,000 employees in the country's universities have been organized into Basij. With this calculation, we have a very active and capable body of Basij employees."
He continued by stating: "There was a time when university employees did not have much involvement in the scientific fields, but today our employees have mostly completed their master's and doctoral degrees and, as knowledgeable individuals, are contributing to the scientific community of the country in a way. Based on this, we were able to gather a vast capacity together so that, as soldiers of the Islamic government, they strive to realize the plans that are communicated."
